Ramonesin debyyttialbumin vuosipäivä on tänä vuonna, ja se on varmasti yksi kaikkien aikojen tärkeimmistä ja vaikutusvaltaisimmista albumeista, niin kuin Rolling Stone (US) sanoi. Mestariteos on vain 29 min pitkä ja se aloitti koko punk-rock näyttämön USA:ssa ja Yhdistyneessä Kuningaskunnassa. Se on inspiroinut lukemattomia artisteja seuraavilla sukupolvilla tähän päivään asti. Kunnioittaakseen tätä vaikutusvaltaa, Rhino loi äärimmäisen kunnianosoituksen albumille. Se tulee kovakantisena 30x30 cm kirjana. 3CD/1 vinyyli boksi on rajoitettu 19760 kappaleeseen (vuoden 1976 takia), ja ne ovat yksittäisesti numeroidut. Mukana on myös uusintamasterointi, optimoitu stereoversio ja albumin mono mix. Lisäksi mukana on monta harvinaisuutta, kuten julkaisemattomia demoja ja live keikkoja. Kaiken tämän masterasi ja miksasi Craig Leon, albumin alkuperäinen tuottaja. Musiikin lisäksi, siinä on Leonin kattavat muistiinpanot alkuperäisen albumin tuotannosta, essee Ramonesin alkuvuosilta rokkijournalisti Mitchell Cohenilta ja lisäkuvia Roberta Bayleylta, jonka legendaarinen bändikuva on albumin kannessa.

CD 1 sisältää uudelleen masteroidun stereoversion ja mono mixin.
CD 2 sisältää yksittäisiä miksauksia, poistettua materiaalia ja demoja. Joitakin näistä äänityksistä ei ole koskaan julkaistu, kuten esimerkiksi demot biiseille "I wanna be your boyfriend", "53rd & 3rd" ja "Loudmouth".
CD 3 sisältää kaksi kokonaista livekonserttia The Roxy - teatterissa West Hollywoodissa 12. Elokuuta, 1976. Illan ensimmäinen setti on jo julkaistu, mutta toinen setti julkaistaan nyt ensimmäistä kertaa!

Koko setin viimeistelee vinyyli LP uudella Ramones mono mixillä.
