Swallow The Sun palaa rytinällä kehiin ja julkaisee peräti kolme albumia kerralla. "Songs from the North" on jaettu kolmeen osaan, joista jokainen esittelee erilaisen puolen bändin musiikista. Ensimmäinen levy tarjoilee väkevää death doomia, jollaisesta yhtye on tunnettu. "Songs from the North II" on puolestaan täysin akustinen albumi ja erinomainen näyte yhtyeen monipuolisuudesta.
