50 vuotta sitten The Rolling Stones kutsui meidät sirkusnäytökseen joka oli ainut laatuaan tähän päivään asti: 'The Rolling Stone Rock and Roll Circus'. Stonesit esiintyivät isäntänä ja pääesiintyjänä Rock and Roll Circuksessä liveyleisön edessä Lontoossa. Lisäksi The Who, Jethro Tull, Taj Mahal, Marianne Faithfull, Yoko Ono, ja The Dirty Mac, superkokoonpano johon kuuluivat Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, Mitch Mitchell The Jimi Hendrix Experiencestä sekä John Lennon, olivat kaikki paikalla. The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus soundtrack on pidentynyt 28:aan kappaleeseen, sisältäen materiaalia menehtyneeltä konseptipianisti Julius Katchenilta, kolme aikaisemmin kuulematonta laulua Taj Mahalilta, sekä aikaisemmin julkaisemattomia äänityksiä The Dirty Macilta, esimerkiksi Beatles-klassikoita kuten 'Revolution' ja osuvasti nimetty 'Warmup Jam'. Koko paketti on kaiken hyvän lisäksi uudelleen miksattu ja remasteroitu!
