Deine Lakaienin jatkuva läsnäolo alkoi jo 1980-luvun puolivälissä. Ensimmäisen albumin huomattavan menestyksen jälkeen, he päihittivät itsensä vuoden 1999 albumilla "Kasmodiah". Se pysyi saksan listoilla yli 11 viikkoa, ja neljäntenä, siitä tuli yhtyeen historian korkea-arvoisin albumi. Heidän viimeisin albumi, vuoden 2014 'Crystal Palace', oli toinen huippuhitti - se antoi faneille jotain mitä he olivat jo kauan odottaneet.
